Hi! I'm Katja.
I'm a self-taught cake artist specializing in hyper-realistic, hand-carved cakes. From lifelike animals to bold sculpted designs, I love transforming cake into edible art that surprises and delights guests.
For me, every cake is more than dessert — it's a moment that becomes part of someone's celebration.
I’ve been creating custom cakes for over 10 amazing years. Over time I became completely obsessed with sculpted cakes and the challenge of making them look incredibly real while still tasting delicious.
Each cake is carefully designed and handcrafted to become the centerpiece of the celebration.
When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm a proud mom of six awesome kids and happily married to my best friend. My family is my biggest support and the inspiration behind the passion I pour into every cake I create.
